Everyday People

Everyday People is a branding project developed during one of my internships, aimed at fostering creative exploration and challenging conventional design norms. The concept revolves around a roller rink brand inspired by Sly and the Family Stone’s iconic song “Everyday People”, with a strong influence from 1970s visual culture.

The branding strategy thoughtfully balances retro aesthetics with contemporary design sensibilities, producing a visual identity that feels both nostalgic and modern. Key project elements include a custom typographic logo and original pattern work, which serve as foundational brand assets. Together, these elements create a distinctive, cohesive, and memorable identity that reflects the brand’s playful, vibrant, and culturally resonant spirit.
